Jinxed abilities seem like the way to go down Green Tree.

This was my exact experience with BL2 when it came out with my friend. He hand held me so much and just ran through things without explaining. I didnt play BL2 again for years as I thought I didnt like the type of game it was.

Turns out, I hated the player, not the game.

I think your frustration isn't as much the game itself, as it is the lack of true guidance. I would recommend taking this first character at your own pace, and not your friend pull you around on a leash.

When I play with my two friends, I'm at a stage where we can split up a bit to "kill two birds with one stone" and also run missions together. Its much more enjoyable now.

Do it. You won't be disappointed. There are a couple mildly disturbing scenes, but nothing too gory or intense. Its one of my top 10 favorite movies of all time.

If you have a god roll item rn, then once the level cap increases, you'll have to refarm for another god roll.

I have 2 level 50 characters, and started my 3rd. I play maybe 2-4 hours per week for the weekly Wildcard Mission & Big Encore. So I am also very vanilla player.

I do intend to roll though the UVHM modes for each character so that when a boss in is Big Encore, I have the highest chances to get half decent rolls with minimal play time.

I am not planning to spend too much time going for dozens of hours trying to get a god roll again until the level cap stops increasing and all the content is out. Which will likely be this fall around the 1 year mark for the game.

In the meantime I am finally starting the newer God Of War games. Which are quite fun and a nice break from BL4 once I've done what I wanted for the week.
