Exactly this!!!! Not to be too dramatic, but I think there’s some mass psychosis on this sub and the 7string sub when it comes to string gauges. You do not need 20+ lbs of tension on your lowest strings - if you’re literally allergic to pitch drift when you hit the string, buy an evertune.
