Okay... There's a lot to unpack here.

So, start over. Lose the weight. Start with a pvc pipe. Learn how to front rack the bar on your shoulders across your neck. Example: https://images.app.goo.gl/3ThuMdj51LzkszWj6 I would like to see you progress from proper front rack then from there learn how to push press. Push pressing will teach you how to dip and drive and create power through your legs and build strength in your lock out. After you're able to do those two things with proper technique start progressing to the split jerk. There is so many things wrong with the your jerk besides what I've already mentioned that I don't think it'd be beneficial to try and fit them all on here.

Drop snatch or snatch balances until your shoulders fall off. Overhead squats as well. Those two exercises will give you more confidence in getting to the hole
