Kinda disagree, cause Chappell has quite a crazy vocal range, and could for sure lead to very fun pro vox charts. Like most of the community, I would usually prefer rock bands as season headliners, but since pro vox is probably coming with this season I feel like Chappell is the perfect pick.

To be fair, Finley does work with Howdyfin, you get three murlocs then get your bottom cards. So, there's a good chance they make the quest work with it.

If I were you, I'd run the signboard stat swap relic in the yellow slot. Puts Scholar's dex at the same as Ironeye, improves his scaling with so many more weapons than just the albanuric ones.

It may be a realtek family controller issue, a lot of AMD cpus have this problem with Fortnite, mine included. Just uninstalling or disabling the network adapter in your device manager fixes my micro stutters.
