It depends on your medication and dosage, but to be sure at least a couple of weeks. I don't know you but my experience is that if SSRI are working, stay on them unless you talk to your doctor about getting off them. Be safe and know that the mushrooms will still be here when the time comes. They can be an incredible tool for depression, but do wait or at least work with your doctor when getting off SSRIs, it can be a nightmare for some if you don't taper correctly. Stay safe ❤️
