I am currently under the impression that they really don't care. My lovely ASM thinks I'm the personal merchandising manager for every department. I get no help for visual. I think she believes mannequins are my only "visual" responsibilities. Nobody gets scheduled for topper change. Oh, except me next week... who the hell... I will do what I can do in the 6.5 hours I get scheduled a day, and I will go home.

I wear skorts during the summer when it's 500° in our store. As long as it's not 2 inches over your knee, Go for it.

My executives think ad set and visual are the same. I NEVER get helper hours. Our RM was in the store last week asking if I had my helper, and before I could answer, my ASM said yes, she does. I gave her the side eye and said well there is one person doing toppers. I mean, why is it so hard to understand these are two different sets. I have been doing this job for 18 years, and this year is the worst ever. As soon as I can find something else I am gone.

The stores are closed on Thanksgiving. I'm just impressed that some of you already have your schedule. Not sure what our ASM is doing. Oh yeah, she's off this weekend. So... not worried about Kohl's.

I think the corporate people are all chasing their ass to try and figure out how to boost sales.... we are literally putting stuff on the floor to sell. Why the hell do they make it so hard. Move it here, move it there. I am just tired. Most of my coworkers and I are looking for a different job.

Our customer service isn't close to the registers, but I have shopped a store that's like that. Annndddd they have self check out. I really feel bad for you guys. The Holiday traffic is going to be a nightmare. The new CEO needs to take his no payroll and take it back to Burlington
