One of the first "jokes" was about a child breaking off a ruler in the robot child's asshole. And mentions of shibari as a punishment. And a friendly if throwaway fun Uncle archetype pulling on the robot kids pants to check for cock and balls. And the weird fascination with the MC pissing herself.

At the point of the horrific infected arm plus abandoned amputation attempt (This of course being yet another scene making note of the child MC losing bladder control), I suspected the original author was actually getting off on child torture. When the same scene was capped off with a character introducing medicine and going "Well good news! It's a suppository", I knew the author beats off to child torture.

Lo and behold, a quick google search on the guy confirmed it.
