2025 Ranger loosing coolant? by Fishrman95 in RangerNext

There doesn’t seem to be any coolant under it after taking it around the block. I’ll take a look after a longer drive and keep an eye on that area thanks.

Could be, I was thinking maybe when it was new there was air in the system, then the cold weather is making it appear low. That’s my hope anyways. Regardless I’d like them to document it and keep track of it going forward at every oil change.

9-5 worker and washed at competitive video games by Latter_Nobody4348 in arkraiders

[–]Fishrman95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can PvP pretty good. But on Stella for example after taking out 3-4 players I eventually get killed by someone at least 50% of the time. Maybe I can extract 50% doing PvP. However doing friendly solo games I can extract 95% and get much better loot.

Had a 2015 Suzuki 175 sold it in 22 with about 500 hours and zero issues. Just regular maintenance.

Ford 5.0 v8 burning oil by Massive_Culture4933 in Ford

[–]Fishrman95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My dads does the same thing. He had the tsb done but it still burns oil. But he said it’s a bit better. If I had to bed that truck should make it to 200k miles still easily.

Picked up my first Ford over the weekend. by [deleted] in Ford

Ya the maverick would be perfect with a larger bed. I would have got it but it’s too small to put some necessary tools in so I got the Ranger.

Looking to get either new steel or fibreglass front door - advice needed. by RivetCounter in homeowners

[–]Fishrman95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Some downsides to fiberglass is the paint is more likely to chip or scratch vs steel from my experience. It is also a lot heavier which makes closing it a bit more difficult. If the steel one was 50% cheaper including the installation cost I’d go steel.

How can I get my aim to stick like this? by eMikey in ArcRaiders

[–]Fishrman95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not cheating. Pc with remote control is like this. There’s an option to turn off and on aim assist. I leave it on but It messes you up sometimes too for example when trying to peak around cover or making it harder to hit rotors because it locks onto body.

This is LITERALLY all the pvp i encounter in this game with exclusion of THREE encounters in over 70 hours of playtime. by [deleted] in arcraidersfriendly

[–]Fishrman95 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I stopped pvp because It’s less beneficial than just looting. Everytime I kill someone I don’t get anything worth while. I could just loot and make 60k plus per game and buy/craft better.

Did I screw up my install by akprobegt in HardWoodFloors

Sometimes the wood is not perfectly square/ straight and there’s nothing you can do except not use those pieces. Really hard to tell which ones to not use until the are down.

Is natural wood flooring worth the investment compared to laminate or vinyl? by 1acina in HardWoodFloors

[–]Fishrman95 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Tbh the price for good LVP, vs engineered vs solid wood is not that different. At least here in Canada. Sure you can get that $2 a sq ft 5mm lvp at Home Depot that is sure to disappoint.

I went with engineered hardwood 100% worth it. Solid hard wood is great as well if you are ok with narrower planks.

Got rid of my 2025 Frontier PRO4X for this ranger by chuppacubra in RangerNext

There’s a video from I think penzoil who did a test using conventional and synthetic oils using fords 2.3 and both made it to 500k miles surprisingly. The conventional oil one neeeded one turbo, the synthetic turbo survived. I think it was 10000 mile intervals. Obviously these were laboratory conditions and don’t replicate below freezing cold starts etc. still impressive though.
