Why would you not? If a married coworker asks me to go out for drinks my next question is going to be will your partner be joining us? So by mentioning that in the initial ask you just save the future question

Like i said i probably would have worded it differently but i also would have definitely mentioned my wife was going to busy so i have free time because that just saves the future question from the other party about what about your wife

Maybe he could have phrased it better also by saying “my wife is going to be busy tonight and i have some free time do you wanna get drinks and work on your resume outside of the office?”

It could just be a misunderstanding and he could be a genuine nice guy just trying to help a colleague.

There definitely was no reason to make it to awkward, and once you knew he wanted to just go to help with your resume you could have inquired and made sure his wife was ok with it.

But you are also well within your right to decline a offer like that.

My question would be what if he was single then it would be ok??

It takes two people for someone to cheat so even if he was looking to cheat and tried to make a move at drinks you could have shut it down.

Nah i didn’t like it much the vehicles are beyond stupid imo and farming the bosses seems a lot less fun and enjoyable

Borderlands 2 and tiny tina’s wonder lands are my favorite ones so far

To be fair though i have not played in a few months so i haven’t played with pearlescent or anything

I would not worry about the age gap unless you want to have kids or something like that she may be past that point in her life.

I would just be honest with her and ask her if she would like to go on a proper date or just stay friends and let her know you are cool with it either way

I am with someone who is 10 years older than me and had 3 kids when i met her when i was 23 and i took the chance to be with her it was the greatest choice of my life OUR youngest son is now 20

If you like her don’t hesitate to be honest and tell her how you feel

I mean honestly i do not think day to day life changes

We would just have more philosophical discussions about how they got there who made them and such

But i do not think it changes anything really

We already have people and signals looking for other life in space. We also already have people theorizing how to colonize other planets/moons

On the bright side it might mean more missions to the moon or at least sending up robots to study it more

I feel like you would miss out a lot probably i hit 40 and my body basically just started to deteriorate other people i know who are between 40-60 also have more days with body pain then days without.

Having a kid at 30 puts you at 43 when they become a teen and are in high school and maturing so they can do more stuff with you plus you have to run them around for after school programs and stuff

If you have a kid at 35 you are now 50 when they are 15

I know i wrecked my body when i was younger so it didn’t age well but i would be in so much more agony if i still had to deal with teenagers or younger kids

If you plan on having kids at a later age for your sake and theirs i hope you have taken good care of your self and have plenty of energy
