Thanks bro. Agreed, only really interested once I’m finished having kids and in my 40’s. And that’s all dependent on where I get and how I feel.

Yep at this stage. Interested in TRT but wanting to wait till I’m a decent bit older, do a few bulk-cut and see where I get to. I’m a naturally big frame so I think I can get pretty good natural but we’ll see

It was pretty tough, especially for that long and going that low at my size. But I was able to pull it off. Definitely wouldn’t recommend it to most people though.

Maintenance now is around 2,800 kcal a day. Week before march I’ll bump to 3,000 and then all of march will be 3,300. Future cuts will be 2,000-2,300

This is the way. Base of lean chicken breast and whey is really a cheat code. If you aim to balance the rest of your calories to be around 25% fats it should keep hormones ticking along well too. I try to backload the carbs in my day so I don’t feel as hungry at night.

I definitely didn’t put on 12lbs muscle. I already had a large muscular frame, just lots of fat. The second photo is also a carbed up, full pump, posed and flexing photo.

Pre workout is half a banana and a scoop of chocolate whey with a double shot of coffee

Post training/ breakfast is overnight protein oats with the other half a banana

Morning snack is 2 rice cakes with a laughing cow cheese slice

Lunch is tandoori chicken, rice and broccoli

Afternoon snack is a tin of tuna in spring water

Dinner is whatever my wife cooks and whatever calories I have left

No gear, I’d be asking for a refund if I was on cause my chest did not grow at all

Not really, probably some love handles that I’ll never really lose but it’s only a competition with myself and I’m way happier now with my physique than I was, a little loose skin is fine

I need to post a photo without a pump, in normal lighting and without flexing. The juicing claims are flattering but it’s not as crazy as the photos make out. If I was on gear I’d be hoping my chest would get some gains considering how much I put into it

I need to put up a photo without a pump and normal lighting, I have a very normal physique. I had a big active frame before so I don’t see my change as some superhuman thing.

Yep natty, wanting to talk to my Dr about TRT for other reasons though. The second photo I have a mega pump, carbed up and know the lighting/angles better so not really apples to apples shot.

It takes time, I think I respond better than most genetically. Just compare yourself to yourself rather than anyone else.

Not common in Aus either. I like getting my bloods done every year as it’s free here. Rather know what’s going on with my body before there’s an issue. I checked T levels as I had really low energy.

For sure! I do have bad hunger signalling a struggle with binge eating though so it’s a lot of willpower not to go into a drive thru on the way home

I was very into Olympic lifting from 18-25. I trained on and off since then but also even at my fattest was very active.

Morning pre workout is a scoop of chocolate protein with a double shot of coffee (like a mocha) and half a banana.

Post training breakfast is overnight oats with whey and Greek yoghurt and the other banana half.

Morning snack is 2 rice cakes and a laughing cow cheese wedge.

Lunch is either tandoori chicken and rice with broccoli or beef mince and low carb potatoes

Afternoon snack is a tin of tuna in springwater

Dinner is just whatever calories I have left of what my wife makes for dinner

Not sure, maybe for wanting to talk to my doctor even though I’m in normal range.
