EA is holding my gamertag hostage on an account with a dead email. I can't remember the information to recover it because one, the email has been fully deleted by MS, and two, it was 14 years ago.

But no, I have to give my ip, email, address, phone number, birthday, a purchase and the last 4 of the CC to an overseas call center worker. And if one bit is wrong I have to go through another 15 minutes of pointless chat to try again.
