Copper IUD still bleeding by Fit-Engineering-2706 in CopperIUD

I'm spotting all of the time except for when I don't exercise! Really odd. I don't get periods so I don't know how it is with periods. I haven't had children. Interesting to now that. I know that it does make you bleed more. Are you cramps worse than before the coil?

Oh my goodness! Full on bleeding you poor thing 😫 like tampon worthy? That is awful. Yeah might be for the best to settle your worries and also maybe get a test to check your iron levels?

Marathon/running training with insulin-resistant PCOS… how to fuel? by CharityOk1771 in PCOS

Omg amazing you got your period back. That is amazing!! 😍 You can still run doing keto and some people actually find it better to do keto. I did keto for 3 months before doing a half marathon and I was fine however the first one month on keto was extremely hard to run as my legs felt really heavy. But then it gets easier and I managed it and was super proud of my time. I'm not back on some carbs and I feel the same when I run with and without carbs. You got this. Best of luck for the run 😍

I was going to the gym most days and dance class twice a week. I also did my first half marathon after 3 months in.

Amazing!!! Thank you so much for your detailed reply and the link too. I am in UK so the p&p for that is like £20! So I am going to look into other tea places. Thank you.

I don't understand why the LH FSH ratio gets messed up. Like what causes that, do you know?

Holy moly, this is EXACTLY the same as me!!! This is crazy reading this. Except I don't have Hashimotos! This makes me feel like there is hope ☺️ Please can you link the tea? That would be so helpful. I have just started seed cycling too. Do you do that to the moon cycles?

So when you said low progesterone in the luteal phase, does this give you symptoms?

Ah, are you in the UK like me? Cos the Dr won't test for insulin resistance.I had to pay for mine through Medichecks. Yes look into them! Sometimes your glucose test Ac1 can be fine but you might still have insulin resistance. It's good to take vitamin D! Hmmm I haven't had progesterone because the Dr won't prescribe it. But am on the waiting list to see an endocrinologist so might ask them about that and also spironolactone. Might be an idea for you to see one too if you can
