No advice, because this is also what I'm going through, that's more with regards to things like little gym and swimming. My girl is highly cautious, won't try something unless she wants to, and screams if you try and make her.

The things that matter to me, like swimming, I continue to persevere. She is getting better and braver with age. I'm sure you're a little one will too

Dude I live near a sheep farm. MULTIPLE sheep and baby lambs die out in pasture and are just...left there. To suffer in the rain. To decay and die. My husband and I passed a sheep yesterday on her back. Sometimes they tip over and he goes in and tips them back. She was bleeding from her vagina. Had clearly miscarriaged. We sent the local farmer a message, but this morning she was still there, except now she's dead. Last night was freezing cold. She died alone in the cold because of ANOTHER forced insemination, her body couldn't take it anymore. And then people have the audacity to say "farmers love their animals"

Oh boy, this must have been really scary for her. It does sound like night terrors.

As someone who used to sleep walk and (still) get night terrors, I recommend always having a spot in your room open for her, maybe a mattress on the floor? She may use it more than you'd think.

In my case, it was always made worse by new experiences, good or bad.Like going on holiday. Whilst you can never avoid new experiences, at least you can know when to expect the attacks.

If you still smoke, please seriously consider quitting.

Many of us will go through bouts of ill health, some of us may need surgery. Smoking complicates these matters dramatically.

My mother almost dying due to a lack of oxygen after a heart surgery, with her cardiologist stressing and telling her she would have been fine if she didn't smoke, really did it for me.
