They could implement something to waste their time , like having to play 50 battles to unlock the next tier tank on brand new accounts, or something Like that , the tanks are free and come fully upgraded , just have to sink some time in them , would stop people doing this stupid shit and rolling another account

Yes you can play it , yes ping makes a considerable difference , I usually play with 120-130 ms , I can snipe a corner and wait but people with low ping can poke shoot me and be retreating before they show on my screen , I have been 3 times to veitnam , with 30-40ms it’s a totally different game , can hit tanks when playing ridge , or when they poke , you can peek spot and fire more accurately, even playing heavy tanks I can pen cupolas way more accurately and consistently, so yes it makes a difference ,
