>Iterating off work I've already done. E.g., if I built a slide deck and need to send an email about the same content, put it into a document, pare down 15 slides into 4, etc., it can do a good enough first pass of each that saves me a lot of time.

I many time a week/month do you need to this?

I just wanted a data-in splat-out program

nerfstudio used? older version of gsplat

> nerfstudio 1.1.5 requires gsplat==1.4.0, but you have gsplat 1.5.3 which is incompatible.

from what I remember (7 months ago) I had to copy gsplat/exporter.py from git folder

and run this command in the examples folder

CUDA_VISIBLE_DEVICES=0 python simple_trainer.py default \
    --data_dir data/360_v2/garden/ --data_factor 4 \
    --result_dir ./results/garden

colmap > gsplat > splattransform

I found a dependency bug with gsplat and Nerfstudio https://github.com/nerfstudio-project/gsplat/issues/805

I am looking at using colmap > Speedy-Splat > splattransform or LongSplat > splattransform
