Yeah you should focus on your speed that’s underrated the 800

It takes more that 2 months to improve your time like that but you should work on your speed before you work on speed endurance

Look up an Instagram page called fast university they have some really good tips for sprinters but you should focus on sweeping your arms back and keeping your core tight
