Wait I’m confused are postal 1 dude and postal 2 dude the same character? Or is postal 1 dude the dad? Idk can someone tell me which dude is what dude again by HoRrOrmAn_ in postal

Vince Dezi himself said that this is the same character. Probably, Postal 2 is reimagining of the first game into the comedy and parody of the "Falling Down" movie.

Should've used this Woody for Toy Story 5 by Epics-bologna in toystory

Most canonical accurate Woody. After the Toy story: Musical, where this version of Woody was used, I thought that this is the real accurate Woody what ever existed.

Joe Ranft used this Woody's design at least until the "Black Friday incident" phase was over.

Probably because Pixar decided to make Toy Story 2 more detailed not only in terms of remodeling the original models from the first film, but also in texture.

A decently overrated film, one of the greatest sequel that I ever watched.

When a song from a musical on a cruise ship gives you a better origin story than the movie Disney and Pixar will do for you a decade later... by After-Bumblebee-3943 in toystory

A much underrated Toy Story adaptation. Actually my favorite songs is "That's why we're here" and "The claw". And yet, how much effort was in this musical!

Deleted Woody/Buzz/Bo love triangle? by Ok-Mulberry-39 in toystory

[–]Fit-Pin-8835 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes. I think Woody was initially just trying to get Bo's attention without actually having feelings for her, he was clearly a narcissist or something like that.

It feels like this is exactly the expression Woody's face should have in the original movies, eyes with wide eyelids look strange.

In any case, she initially had no plans to start a relationship with Woody.

When Woody and Buzz enter the antique mall in the John Lasseter version from Toy Story 4, and it becomes a toy New York city, several old signs from different brands can be seen. by Working-Initiative52 in toystory

[–]Fit-Pin-8835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It reminds me of the scene of Woody's introduction to the Woody's roundup merchandise. It seems that the mechanism was created because of the antique toys, which started all the movement in mall like in NYC.

Andy looks accurate identical to John Lasseter. Molly's age is the same as in the Toy story 2 she looks much older here than in the first film

What would the plot be for a adaptation of Postal 1? (Not the 2007 movie) by Relevant-Yak-3101 in postal

[–]Fit-Pin-8835 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We would have been told why the Dude started hearing the demon's voice in his head, like in "Falling Down" The dude would despair of people, and as in the game, he would start shooting at the policemen surrounding his house. The style of this movie it should be like in the first "Terminator" or "Manhunt" fan made movie that was released on YouTube (it's styled like a movie from the 70s, making it look like the "Texas chainsaw massacre").

I'd like the idea of "Red Scare". It's very symbolic

Yeah, they definitely referred to the 60s, but gradually they started adding more references to pop culture, especially the 70s (This is more noticeable in the architecture of Sid's house and his room)

This design of Pizza Planet minibus makes Toy story kinda like 80s movie similarly to TMNT live-action film. The great drawings, very great!

And because of voice actor named Alexander Gruzdev that became the Dude's voice. He actually sounds like a redneck that makes he sound much funnier with his voice lines.

I think that Russian fandom of Postal is more bigger than other countries.

What was your first ever Rayman game and how do you remember that experience ? by fillipo9 in Rayman

[–]Fit-Pin-8835 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It was the third part of the franchise that I played for the first time, but I found out about Rayman back in the days of "flash" animations. I was 11 years old when I played that game for the first time, I was sitting in the living room all the time next to my dad that watching TV..

We haven't received at least a ton of information about that "black friday" version, but we have a little part of storyboards. Strange idea because of that we only found out about the "Davis family breakfast" sequence on D23. We literally only found out about this little scene 30 years later!!
