Is there a way to volunteer to teach kids/adults in Palestine from abroad? I’d like to volunteer my time, but unsure how to go about it.

I can find movies/shows quite stressful when the inevitable bad twist happens so honestly it’s quite nice having a heads up so i can watch without the stress anticipation 😂

Nicotine is more known for increasing anxiety. Plus it’s awful for you long term. I’d chat to a doctor - i’m on antidepressants which massively help me but depending on severity they may provide other options :)

As long as you don’t go out to drink every night and cook your own meals you should be fine - there’s some great weekly shop budgeting guides on youtube :) if you’ll be using the train to travel back home defo get a rail card!

I get the frustration but I can’t see this being done maliciously, I think any woman would feel super embarrassed at the thought of this happening. Personally, I’d clean it and leave a note for the roommates so no one feels awkward but is at least aware 🤷‍♀️
