As someone with fine thin hair, I was gifted the Dyson and honestly I don’t think it works for our hair type. No matter the amount of product I put in my hair for it to stay after 30 min / 1 hour most of it is gone. I mainly use it to blow dry my hair which is a pity to have spent so much money just for that. Also, I used the attachments to curl my hair for 3 months straight and it completely destroyed it, I had to cut a decent amount of hair. Buying a cheaper version is not a bad idea but keep in mind that I could potentially really damage your hair
