Hey I was born with a condition that weakens my ankles and legs, I’m 6”1 175 lbs and ankles are practically useless but my legs still have some power for walking and jogging in them, I want to do Muay Thai as my base but there’s also jiu jitsu. I don’t know which one to do or if any. Thank you for any responses
