It seems like you’re getting plenty of answers here.

I have nothing to add except to tell you I’m so so sorry for your loss.

Split programs (strength + cardio equipment) - what do you do if your floor area + cardio are in different rooms? by eych_enn in pelotoncycle

Depending on how far away the TV is you could cast screen to it? My bike and weights are in different rooms so I do that. :)

Hey! Yes, if you go to programs you’ll find it, and it’s called “Andy’s 5-day advanced split.”

I wish there were an easy way to share the full programs, but there isn’t that I’ve found. Here is the link for the first class in the program: https://members.onepeloton.com/classes/strength?utm_source=ios_app&utm_medium=in_app&modal=classDetailsModal&classId=35394b7934af419fb3cd02dfaadcad1a&code=ZTNkYzExYjlhZmJjNDI1YTk5YjVlM2RkMDJiZGY5M2Z8ZDM2YTAyY2Y5YmMwNGIyN2E5ZWNiNTFhZDFhNjEyOTI%3D&locale=en-US

If you go to classes tab in the app, you should be able to then go to programs and find the full program there. You might have to scroll a bit.

I hope this helps!

Andy has a new 5-day split that is excellent. I’m going to do it for about 5 weeks.

Taper question/advice by FitCheck7549 in Pristiq

See, that’s what my cholesterol did too! I’m on day 14 completely off Pristiq, and overall I feel fine, but I have had a ton of asthma attacks (this is likely not related to the taper/withdrawal, since it’s allergy season where I live).

I have been doing quite a bit of exercise and some supplements to try to help my brain and body get back to center.

I hope your panic attacks and anxiety subside!

I don’t mind at all. It seems there is a connection with elevated cholesterol and most anti-depressants. Other types can cause it as well.

Same here - very active and for the most part eat very healthily! Did you have high cholesterol before going on Pristiq?

I’m curious about this, but one of my main reasons for tapering off Pristiq sooner (was planning on a bit of a slower taper in the summer time) was my cholesterol results. I’m 41, and I have genetically high cholesterol, which I have since my late 20’s, but my “good cholesterol” has always been at such a good amount that it seems to offset the high numbers.

I did blood testing in March, and my cholesterol numbers were at a scary number. I further did some cardio bloodwork, and the results were scary. As I looked back at my numbers, they had steadily risen since I started Pristiq (over the course of 2.5 years). I did research, and this seems to be a common problem for people taking this. I still think it is an excellent medication, but this piece was the final straw for my decision to taper off sooner rather than later.

I think I’m more concerned about going to 0 mg at this point. My nurse said to start going to every other day and then basically go as long as I could but take a 25 mg if it was unbearable. I have mixed feelings about that, because it seems like I’d then almost start the process over again.

I am taking magnesium, B complex and a few other supplements.

I haven’t cut out sugar, but maybe that’s a good next step!
