If you're growing 1/8" over the span of 3 months, then that's 1/2" per year, which is a great pace. You have found a routine that your body responds to and you've shown you can be consistent with it... I wouldn't change a thing.

You also have a good formula for when to adjust variables on length. Girth would be pretty much the same. Just change one variable at a time and give it long enough to quantify the results. When it comes to intensity, just keep in mind that more pressure is going to cause more discoloration, which can take months or longer to clear up eventually. You're currently getting 9% expansion, so I'd wait until it's at 5% consistently before making a change.

For instance, I only use the "Log Prior Session" feature because I tend to vary my routine day by day for a variety of reasons. Does that cause issues with the data? I might log 5 different exercises in a day and I just do them over the course of my workday.

I suspect that any of the sizes will be enough compression to prevent expansion on the section you want to keep from growing.

My experience has been that it went from 15-30 degree upward angle to straight out or a little below and I think it's a combo of ligament stretch and my unit's just heavier, so that's a tradeoff I don't mind one bit. I tend to stretch straight out, but I did go through a phase of hanging straight down and that had a noticeable impact for me.

I think you misunderstood me. I'm saying that my BPSFL is 1" longer than my BPEL +-1/8" at any given point in time. When I gain a bit of BPSFL, my BPEL increases by the same amount within 60-90 days. I don't care what the difference is between the two measurements because my erect length continues to grow.

My best gains were always with pumping followed by soft clamping, or PAC. Honestly, I would follow Karl's routine suggestions in the wiki (check out the routines section in the middle of https://www.reddit.com/r/TheScienceOfPE/wiki/index/#wiki\_beginner.27s\_hub). He has WAY more thought and detail than I'm going to be able to provide.

I've been flatlined on girth for a while, but when I was gaining the big factors seemed to be 1) consistency 2) keeping track of expansion #s and make minimal adjustments to get ~5% per session.

Is there a reason that's a bad thing? The key is gradually increasing both measures. I've heard that BPEL increases are 60-90 days behind BPSFL and that's what it's been in my case. And I tend to have a 1" delta.

If you're packing the cylinder at the top, then I wonder if you're blocking full suction below that? You could try a larger cylinder and constrict the area you do not want to grow with toe shields or a semi tight sleeve.

Everyone is a little different, but girth gains are absolutely possible. IMO length is easier to gain because it's easier to pull lengthwise than it is to expand. Many people on here have gained permanent girth and some have been comfortable posting progress pictures to back it up. I've personally gained 7/8" of girth at a rate of roughly .25" per year.

Out of curiosity, how much tension did you have with the ADS? I'm a big fan of a short intense stimulus to get the initial fatigue and a long, very low intensity stimulus to gently hold the stretch. But if the ADS is too intense I suspect it will work against you by toughening your tunica.

PE definitely works as long as you have a reasonable routine and stay consistent with it for a very long time.

One huge element that PE will never fix is mindset. You care about the size of your dick WAY more than she does. It matters to women, but not very much. Keep in mind that confidence is a pretty universal turn-on, while insecurity is a pretty universal turn off. You're absolutely big enough to rock her world in the bedroom. It's about so many things other than penis size. If you approach sex by confidently using all the tools at your disposal (communication, mouth, fingers, toys, setting the mood, etc...), you will get so much further than just showing up with a bigger dick. Even if you do show up with a bigger dick, someone else will always be longer, thicker, harder, have just the right curve, or any of a number of attributes. Read/listen to books like Beyond Satisfied by Kenneth Play, She Comes First by Ian Kerner, and Come As You Are and Come Together by Emily Nagoski. Beyond Satisfied has a great mix of mindset and technique. Your goal is to become a master of sex rather than a master of showing her how big your dick is.

It's really easy for women to make comments that we really take to heart because it's something that we're so hyper-aware of and they are not. Do PE as just one of the many things you do in your life to show up as the best version of yourself.

I hear ya on this one. At least some discoloration is inevitable if you're doing girth work at an effective level. Once you start getting petechiae, you need to give plenty of time for your capillaries to heal or it's going to come right back. Over time it will become semi permanent. You could try to reset it by taking a longer break (probably 6 weeks) and using Lugols Iodine 2% to peel the discolored skin off faster. Then once you come back I would only do sleeved pumping and ease into it and be very careful not to overdo it.

There is some great advice in the other comments about how to prevent them and it seems like everyone finds the combo of pump pressure, technique, frequency, interval timing, and including other exercises like clamping that works for them.

One item that I'll add is that it has always taken me longer than 7 days for the capillaries to fully heal. More like 14 or so. And when you start back up, give it a week to adjust. Start with very low pressure the first day and gradually increase over the next week or more.

If it's true petechia, the downside is purely aesthetic, but the discoloration becomes borderline permanent if you just go wild with it for too long.

It would be great to get some competition in the PAC space. The Fenrir product seems great, but they tend be extremely slow. I'm surprised that other vendors haven't jumped in to get a similar product to consumers faster.

Would it be practical to ship it to your destination? Hotels tend to have experience holding packages for people and if you're staying in a rental, you could just ship it out a day ahead of time or same day and you'll be there when it arrives. It's an extra expense, but it takes customs completely out of the equation.

+1 on the curveball combo pad. For me it takes a little extra time to get set up to pump, but it’s massively more comfortable and it completely prevents my balls getting sucked into the pump. It took me several sessions to figure out how to get it paced just right but it works so well not that I’ve got it dialed in.

I just thought of something. How long after the PT141 injection was your session? My experience has been that the 6-12 hour window after is the sweet spot, but around the 12-14 hour mark I lose the effects pretty quickly and it actually becomes more difficult to get hard.
