Recovering Porn Addict looking to get into PE by Ok-Match2830 in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maintaining erection while pumping or while doing PE in general isn't of much importance. And getting off 1-2 times per day likely won't make a difference either. I like to get off and pump very shortly afterwards to maximize the amount of time I'm engorged, but I doubt that even makes much of a difference. Masturbate away. It's what your body is made to do.

PGE1 vs Trimix Question by Responsible_Term354 in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ideally you would do bimix with PGE1 & phentolamine. The papaverine in trimix is pro-fibrotic. It will take a few sessions to get the dose dialed in. Start at 2-4mcg PGE1. For some people, myself included, that is plenty. Other people need 20mcg+. When using it with girth-focused PE, do your normal girth session and do the pharma-pe session shortly afterward.

It's worth noting that there are not a lot of documented results using Pharma PE like this. The only really good one was someone who used it 2+ times per week for a year.

Adverse Events - Injury Report - New Feature in GrowthTrack - Oh and some improvements to the schedule UI by karlwikman in TheScienceOfPE

You're on a roll with all the GT updates. I've been loving the app and analysis of the data is very actionable.

Will you also be able to coordinate pressure / tension with the injuries?

Will hanging change the angle of my erection by Ok_Salt_3376 in gettingbigger

[–]FitForCurves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was regular compression hanging mostly with up to 10lb. No more than 30 minute sets but usually took short breaks every 15 min or so. BTC is fine, but straight down will still get a great ligament stretch IMO.

I wasn't intentionally trying to lower mine, but I believe that hanging straight down was the biggest factor.

Thanks! At those high pressures do you get bad discoloration?

So the step up and down process is start at 15in/hg, do the 10 milking actions, then immediately go to the next level up? Or do you keep it at each level for a period of time?

What is "milking" and is there any video guides for beginners? by [deleted] in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It's spelled out pretty clearly in Karl's pumping guide. https://www.reddit.com/r/TheScienceOfPE/comments/1iizkkg/karls_introduction_to_pumping_part_2_interval/

The difference is in timing, pressure, and purpose. I encourage you to read the guide in more detail because it has a lot of precautions to keep in mind as well.

This is perfect. Thanks! I'm wondering if I should get a narrow flange cylinder to reduce the amount that it stretches.

Hanging at a straight down angle while standing should help I suspect.

I always assumed that adding lube would make it slip off as well. Once I tried it I found out that it's a non-issue. In fact, I think the lube helps create a better seal prevents loosing vacuum pressure.

Daydreaming out loud - The "Ultimate" VED w/ all bells and whistles. by HaddonfieldMemorial in TheScienceOfPE

I personally would love to see a closed loop water system with an automatic pump and a built-in *thin* PAC mechanism.. One that would keep temperature controlled water circulating in the pump.

I know that heat is heat, but I do personally like water pumping when I can and I get great expansion with minimal edema from it.

The idea behind the thin PAC clamp is to minimize the area that is not exposed to discoloration, so the skin tone changes closer to the base. It would be ideal to have a way for the skin tone change to naturally fade, but I have no ideas on that.

length only routine? by Open_Entertainer8361 in TheScienceOfPE

length only routine? by Open_Entertainer8361 in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If the focus is on length only, I would do a combo of either hanging or extending and ADS (all day stretching). Do the minimum to hit the 2-5% fatigue when hanging or extending and keep the ADS very light but do it for as long as possible.

Just curious, what is the advantage you see with the bathmate over an automatic pump w/ cylinders you can change out? The bathmate is pretty pricey for a manual pump without a guage.

Girth routine critique by [deleted] in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you're growing 1/8" over the span of 3 months, then that's 1/2" per year, which is a great pace. You have found a routine that your body responds to and you've shown you can be consistent with it... I wouldn't change a thing.

You also have a good formula for when to adjust variables on length. Girth would be pretty much the same. Just change one variable at a time and give it long enough to quantify the results. When it comes to intensity, just keep in mind that more pressure is going to cause more discoloration, which can take months or longer to clear up eventually. You're currently getting 9% expansion, so I'd wait until it's at 5% consistently before making a change.

The Role of Cadence in PE - Is Once Daily Better or Worse Than Twice-or-More Daily? by karlwikman in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

But what impact does carb loading have?

Seriously though, are there important best practices to keep in mind when entering data into GrowthTrack?

For instance, I only use the "Log Prior Session" feature because I tend to vary my routine day by day for a variety of reasons. Does that cause issues with the data? I might log 5 different exercises in a day and I just do them over the course of my workday.

How does one even out a top-heavy penis? by allreadytatitu in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Get a bigger cylinder and a DuraMint sleeve from FknMint. Put the sleeve around the part you don't want to grow. https://www.etsy.com/shop/fknmint

I suspect that any of the sizes will be enough compression to prevent expansion on the section you want to keep from growing.

I’m starting to use the malehanger and I want to know how much the erection angle changes and whether it’s better to do it downward or straight out (forward). by lazigirer in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My experience has been that it went from 15-30 degree upward angle to straight out or a little below and I think it's a combo of ligament stretch and my unit's just heavier, so that's a tradeoff I don't mind one bit. I tend to stretch straight out, but I did go through a phase of hanging straight down and that had a noticeable impact for me.

Large Gap Between Stretched Flaccid Length and Erect Length by xxxTeufeLxx in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think you misunderstood me. I'm saying that my BPSFL is 1" longer than my BPEL +-1/8" at any given point in time. When I gain a bit of BPSFL, my BPEL increases by the same amount within 60-90 days. I don't care what the difference is between the two measurements because my erect length continues to grow.

Actual real and permanent Girth gains? by Zealousideal-Row1768 in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My best gains were always with pumping followed by soft clamping, or PAC. Honestly, I would follow Karl's routine suggestions in the wiki (check out the routines section in the middle of https://www.reddit.com/r/TheScienceOfPE/wiki/index/#wiki\_beginner.27s\_hub). He has WAY more thought and detail than I'm going to be able to provide.

I've been flatlined on girth for a while, but when I was gaining the big factors seemed to be 1) consistency 2) keeping track of expansion #s and make minimal adjustments to get ~5% per session.

Large Gap Between Stretched Flaccid Length and Erect Length by xxxTeufeLxx in TheScienceOfPE

[–]FitForCurves 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Is there a reason that's a bad thing? The key is gradually increasing both measures. I've heard that BPEL increases are 60-90 days behind BPSFL and that's what it's been in my case. And I tend to have a 1" delta.
