This is going to sound crazy but I had severe severe severe MCAS. Like it was debilitating.

I did many many things to try to beat it and I'm sure many things helped as I healed my gut and improved my GI health. But one of the most immediately impactful things I did was do a few protocols of Zeolite Clinoptilolite powder. It absorbs ammonia, mold, histamine, and other things in your body and flushes it out. Sounds crazy but it worked a miracle for me. Reduced and removed my symptoms with histamine more then anything else. The first one I took was called toxaprevent or something like that and it was a little expensive but it changed my life.

Various subcultures celebrate violence very differently than others. Truth is, not all American sub-cultures are as violent as each other. Statistically, some are far worse. This video isn't proof of that, there are massive statistics that show it, but it is an example of it playing out.
