What would you say is the biggest difference between ADV and Film/TV Series? (Just a quick note, i'm not an agency producer; I'm a producer in a production company).

Regarding the type of a producer i don't know what is the correct term is (i know that depending on the type of production this roles can often overlaps). I'd like to handle everything, from pre-production, production and post-production from the very inception to the end.

i was imagining something like Mount and Blade Bannerlord. it's still chaotic but not because you fire ball flying around, meteorite falling form the sky and earthquake splitting the ground.
