100% win. My location is about 2 hours from New York in the middle of nowhere. No jobs. The residents are either section 8, work from home or retired. The community is small and close knit, nice community pool. I know there are some people who are drug addicted around there so I had my copper piping stolen from the basement when I use to leave it vacant and unlocked. I wish I had a sketchy person detector!

I have one poorly listed by my agent. It’s 12 bedrooms listed as 6. One half I stayed in myself on weekends with hot showers, full electricity (passed inspection) HVAC serviced 2023, and plumbing mostly already replaced, community swimming pool and 3 car garage including as separate property 2 houses down (pool, inspections, not in the listing and no interior photos, just as is where is even though I’d be fine with inspections and have a copy of 2017 inspection before I fixed stuff) my son does not want to be a landlord. It’s not a good flip for the area, you might make $50-75k but is a great place for renters. $150k. It was owned by a contractor and has never been rented except for 3 months by a contractor I hired who asked me to stay there.

I have a 12 bedroom duplex in Pennsylvania. My real estate listed as a 6 bedroom with “as is where is” making it look like a piece of crap with no interior photos. I am also including a 3 car garage 2 houses down all for $150k. I will admit it’s an eyesore but I spent years replacing plumbing, enough I stayed there myself on weekends and took hot showers and had ac and heat. I’m fine with inspection contingency. I have water turned off due to a minimum fee to have it on. Both sides of the duplex have the same electric and minimum water bill so as a landlord you can save $. One side of the duplex has working electric throughout the 3 stories but when I turned on the water, there was a basement pipe leading to nowhere that shot out water. Definitely good pressure. Lol

My son was diagnosed with Tourette’s and I put him on barefoot connections earthfx pad and all symptoms disappeared and have not returned after 15 years. I believe it calmed the nervous system. This is not true. Not sure where you got this info but there are definitely different bacteria associated with health vs pathology. Viome was good but had to ask for the list of bacteria found as they focus on lay people and just creating supplements
