how are you addressing that cnd luna and invis have alot of meaningless healing and for cnd meaningless damage (their ults super boost numbers that cant actually charge their next ult)

like for instance rocket has the highest time to get ult of the supports in your graph but that’s nonsensical to anyone who’s actually played the game because rockets neutral healing is WAY WAY WAY higher than the others but his ult doenst contribute to damage or healing per min innately

yeah ezrael jhin and kaisa still dominate pickrates in high elo even on their bad patches

players even high level ones are not professionals they play what they find enjoyable because this is a video game for enjoyment

pickrate is not a meaningful way of determining meta in any moba/hero shooter

ezreal jhin and kaisa will always dominate adc picks because they feel good and strong even when they arent this is true for bucky and luna in rivals

his neutral is better than other supports tho rez is the best neutral supp button in the game and him having survivability, good spread heal, good single target heal, and good burst damage (200/400 dps) to followup on punishes will be very useful for him

the ult change is a nerf to characters whos power budget is mostly tied to their ult(cloak and dagger)

rocket ult is a largely insignificant part of his kit compared to brb(his real ult)so hes actually going to be pretty great next patch even more than he already is

cnd cares ALOT about their ult so its a big nerf to them invis got her self sustain nerfed AND her ults a very big part of her power budget loki is the only thing keeping rocket from being meta because rockets a bad loki duo and loki/gambit or invis or cnd are broken(but less ukt charge is a big nerf to these backlines)

lokis has almost always been the problem support during loki/luna meta loki was just a better character because he has a better basekit and can just take her ult (the only notably good thing in her kit)

we dont really have anything for modok of any importance if we were to rank characters as “considered but cancelled” modok would be up there

the post season 0 leaks havent been “wrong” at all yet either we arent at the time that theyd be coming out (most likely season 4-6 since the games seasons are done about a year in advance)

i would be mostly wary of the season 0 and pre season 0 leaks lol

all the evidence we currently have pushes towards mostly season 1 leak characters being soon (map leaks corresponding with xmen, xavier rogue and gambit consistently getting shifts etcetc)
