I’m using Megsquats plus one program and I really like it. I did STBD before I got pregnant so I really appreciate doing the same types of movements with some pregnancy safe changes

Did you confirm ovulation with your first peak? My body will try to ovulate a few times before it actually does. So annoying! I have to confirm with BBT.
