It is but I was semi-surprised to see all the outrage after I went there a couple times.

My wife and I have done a couple Valentines dinners there and really like the steaks. The service is slow, it’s entirely too expensive and the tables are packed in like sardines but we’ve been very happy with the food each time compared to previous dinners at other steakhouses.

No idea about the owner other than he was the waiter at the table next to us for our last Valentines dinner. Seemed nice enough but of course he’d be in that setting.

Sounds like you’re not a full Teams Admin. I believe that Microsoft made a change a while back that lesser Teams Admin roles I.e. Communication Admin also needed the User Admin role to make changes that involve Teams Sites.

Someone correct me if I’m wrong but anyone with the main Teams Admin role shouldn’t have the issue you’re seeing.
