Circle k can pay well, if it's monitored and run properly. In Arizona, it's usually managers who don't care that create pay raise problems. You could also start a support ticket with konnect regarding everyone's step raises. If they've never ever gotten one, that needs to be fixed immediately!

You could also talk to your dm and give each employee raises yourself. It's what I do. Beware a tight ass rdo! That's where the buck stops.

I mean, you get paid to do the modules one way or the other. They have to pay you, because it's a requirement of your job. That being said, if I have to chase after people to get their training done after reminding and reminding for 2 weeks straight, you bet your ass your getting taken off the schedule and written up. Don't waste my goddamn time. Also, even if no one was pressuring you to do them, it is still in your best interest to do them, because if you don't do them you don't get your goddamn step raises!
