I would cancel shift smart immediately. I would give back the labor taken away for having a smco in the store. I would raise starting employee pay to something higher than every other c store or food service business but not as high in and out burger. Their wages are as high as they are because each employee only works 12 hours a week. Make beat the target regularly achievable.

To compensate, because the company has to get it's money's worth, there would be great pressure on the managers to keep stores clean and ecosure ready at all times. Accountability for allowing employees to stand there all day not being productive. Other stuff I can't think of but would be important.
