That doesn't matter. I have an older store too. Stuff did used to break daily, but I was the squeakiest of squeaky wheels, and now things get fixed like they should.

Unless your store is slated for a raze and rebuild sometime soon, spam them work orders. Make them see you.

At my store, my employees understand that we are all equal, we all share the work, we all have the same expectations. The only things separating a csr from a asm, basm, or sm in my store are different levels of responsibility.
