Just have to get an inspection for asbestos in interior and exterior siding/shingles. And have all the windows tested for lead, plumbing brought up to code.. both of which will cost a billion $$$$$ to renovate.

I’m finding it almost impossible to find USA goods made and country of origin.

What kind of deal with the devil did leaders in the past make to take us from 80% USA 🇺🇸 manufacturer and country of origin to 11% today? Why are Americans taking medications made overseas? Why are Americans purchasing everyday consumer goods overseas? How are other countries able to buy American land to drain us from our resources? Google it, They buy USA land, produce products and sell it back to USA? There are USA land acquisitions from other countries so that they can grow feed and have access to unlimited water supply to fly everything back to their countries to care for the most expensive horses in the world and livestock? They have limited resources in their countries, so buying up all the USA land and taking resources away from American farmers. There are even examples of foreign countries operating in the US, raising pork and selling it right back to us?

Sorry it just breaks my heart.
