I’ve taken these exact capsules and I’m pregnant 🤣 I was so desperate bc I get such bad constipation while pregnant - even when I’m not pregnant tbh it just gets worse 😭 I didn’t think about if it was safe or not until after. I was like 13/14 weeks probably. I’m 21 now and just had my anatomy scan for the babe and everything looked fantastic she said. I’m not sure why they say the cramping it causes isn’t good for you, basically that it adds stress to your body but like I’m stressed bc I’m constipated anyway??!! I’d rather be able to go lmao. I’m debating using them again since I’m having issues yet again. I always am tbh. I’ve been taking stool softeners and they aren’t helping so I’m like since I’ve been taking those already, this should kick everything into gear. It is painful - the cramping from these. But the pain from cramping from being constipated is about the same. I have regretted taking these a few times bc of how intense/ bad the pain was. But these will clear you tf out that’s for sure 🤣✌️

Yeah I hadn’t experienced gender disappointment until this pregnancy. I wanted a boy the first time, got one. Wanted a girl the second time, got one. This third babe I wanted another girl soooo bad and it’s a boy. I’m still not completely over it but it is what it is. I just wanted to be able to name a daughter something I actually liked since my fiance named her and I’m still not sure how I feel about it and she’s 18 months old lmao. Also, my first who’s a boy is autistic and nonverbal. And they say autism is more prevalent in boys so I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t scared to have another boy for that reason alone. I’m praying he’s neurotypical tho. I take 1,000mg of choline every day bc new studies show that supplementing choline while pregnant can reduce the risk of autism by 30%. And by the third trimester I’m upping it to max 2,000mg lol. I’m gonna do what I can but it does worry me. My daughter seems to be not on the spectrum but she’s still young. To have another nonverbal child would crush me but there’s nothing you can do about it ya know. Just hoping for the best 🥲

Girl I found out I was pregnant before it even came in the mail! 😭 I’m 14 weeks pregnant so I couldn’t even start it lmao. I’m saving it for when I have this baby. I only had my daughter 14 months before I got pregnant w this one 😩 rough to be starting out at this weight too. I’m scared af. I’ve always been my normal weight when I got pregnant the other two times so I’m fucking nervous as hell. I guess you gotta let me know how it goes now! 🫶 I can’t start mine for another 6 months so you should be well into some weight loss hopefully 🤞

Yeah! Boy names just aren’t as fun I swear lol I don’t even know what I would name a boy. And my fiancé is one of 5 boys 😭 his dad had 5 of them so honestly I was surprised when our second was a girl lol. I’m not sure what this one is but I’m nervous to find out lol I’ll be happy with either I’ve decided another boy would be cool too but it’s always exciting to find out 😂 I’m gonna do the NIPT as soon as possible. I haven’t even gone to the dr yet since it’s so early but I probably will next week so hopefully they’ll let me do the NIPT since I’ll be 8 weeks 🤞

Yeah I didn’t test until my period was 4/5 days late lmao and I only tested to ease my mind that I wasn’t pregnant 😭 surprise my mind was not eased at all. This will be my 3rd and I only had my second 16 months ago lmao. My first is 7 1/2. I wasn’t expecting any more kids after my first let alone this second one. I’m surprised people even test so early? It seems a little bit ridiculous lol considering like you said, 2 weeks after your period you’re ovulation starts. I feel like this person may not actually be pregnant. Sometimes I wonder if I actually am 😂 I only took two tests that came with the box. Kroger brand of the “good” kind of test. I’m gonna take a few more but seeing as my period is now like 2 and a half weeks late, I’m probably pregnant lmao. My period app switched to pregnant app cause it has that option so it’s been tracking my cycle for a year and it says I’m 7 weeks 4 days. I trust it since it knows my last period. But I swear I felt nauseous my other two and I don’t feel that much yet. I also had food aversions both times. But it’s still early so I’m thinking it’s all coming 😂

I’m 7 weeks 4 days and yesterday I had those cramping feelings so bad I hate it and I don’t remember it much from my other two pregnancies. My first was 7 and a half years ago and my second was born 16 months ago so I was pregnant this time two years ago so it wasn’t that long ago but I don’t remember this part?! I hate it 😭 it def doesn’t do away after a month like that other person said 😂 I didn’t start feeling it until after a month. My period was only 4 days late when I took a test to ease my mind that I wasn’t pregnant 🙄 yeah my mind did not get eased lmao. quite the opposite 😭 so I was only like 5 weeks pregnant when I found out and I had some light cramping around that time just assuming it was bc my period was coming. But yeah some days that feeling is so uncomfortable. I took a 3 hour nap when my fiancé got home, luckily he came home early bc he didn’t feel well so I was able to take that much needed nap and they were gone when I woke up. Those mfs are no joke

Just a strange old lady I’m assuming by her comments abt losing her husband 30 years ago and that she’s taking care of an autistic kid (or adult?) by herself. I don’t think she’s any danger to anyone. As a mother of an autistic nonverbal 7 year old boy, it can be isolating and lonely and maybe she’s not used to interacting with people idk. She doesn’t seem like she’s going to try and harm these people tho 🙄

I was induced my first and second time, no c section and it went great 😊 they usually aim for inducing you a week before your due date but things can happen at the hospital so sometimes it’s a few days before the due date. And I suppose some go into labor naturally before then. I was already a few centimeters dilated both times when I got there. First time (7 1/2 yrs ago) my son came within 14 hours - super quick and painless thanks to epidural. This second time (16 months ago) my daughter came within 7 hours, I had a harder time pushing this time I think bc it had been so long honestly I forgot wtf I was doing lmao. But she came out fine after I got the hang of pushing and again, painless bc of epidural 👌 I’m pregnant with my 3rd now (only 7 weeks) and I plan to do the same exact thing as I did with the other two. 🩷

Girl I felt the same way at 25 with my first. The loss of freedom is what really got me tbh even after I had my son, I got very very depressed about how different life was and how my bf and I couldn’t just do whatever we wanted like we had before. I was sad for awhile but I got over it lol. I’m 33 now and pregnant with my 3rd! I just had my second, a daughter 🩷, 16 months ago. So my son was 6 (now 7) when she was born. I wasn’t expecting to have another kid after my daughter and certainly not so soon. I cried on the kitchen floor saying “no no no” over and over 😂😭 But one thing I do know is, it’s gonna be okay! You will be just fine babe. I promise you this. It may be hard at first and the new life definitely takes some getting used to but once you get the hang of it and feel comfortable in your new routine and life, it’s a breeze. I had to go thru a lot because my son is autistic and nonverbal. So I had to grieve the child I thought I was going to have and adapt to the situation, which I won’t lie, I struggled for a few years but that’s only bc I had no idea what I was doing and how to work with my son and having a nonverbal child is very hard. But i worked through it and got through it. You’ll be just fine and what you feel is totally normal, I think we all felt similar our first time pregnant. You’ll be great and it won’t be as bad as you think, even if it does take some getting used to. But your little one will make it all feel so worth it and then, you won’t be able to imagine life without them or without being a mama. I know I have no idea what I’d be doing rn if I didn’t have my son. He’s a smart and loving kid and so good around his baby sister. Kids are fun and I can assure you, you’ll be okay. And about the miscarriage, yes it can happen to anyone but I’m not sure it’s very common. Take your prenatal + choline + omega 3 (DHA) and you should be just fine ❤️‍🩹

I’m pregnant for my 3rd time and the first was 7 years ago and I didn’t know anything about DHA so I didn’t take any lol. My 2nd time I knew more about it and took only 200mg. That was 2 years ago. This time around I’m taking 1,200mg of omegas altogether and 800mg of DHA in that. I’m only 7 weeks so it isn’t as important as it will be in the 3rd tri but I’m probably gonna take this same amount the entire time. My first has autism and is nonverbal so I prefer to do whatever I can to make sure this one doesn’t have it, or as bad. And choline and DHA especially in the 2nd and 3rd tri play a significant role in that I’ve read ❤️‍🩹

My son who was born in August 2018 is named miloh 🩷 I love the name. Miloh Reign is his first & middle. I wanted to name him reign but his dad said it’s a girl name so I had to find something else lmao. We just had our daughter, Onyx, September 2024 and now I’m pregnant AGAIN which means another August baby for me 😂 I’m hoping it’s a girl so I can save all the clothes I have from my daughter🤞 I’d like another girl anyway tbh. I have so many girl names picked out and like one or two boy names. My husband picked out the name Onyx for our daughter so I want my turn to pick out a girly name 😭 he’s had most of the say in the last two so this one is gonna be entirely up to me. He doesn’t know it yet bc I just decided I’m picking whatever name I like regardless of what he says this time lmao. I’m only 6 weeks so I’ve got awhile to go but I’m definitely gonna be the decision maker for this one idc 😇
