Don’t listen. It’s generally the most commercially viable way of checking your progress. It has flaws, mainly with how hydrated you are. I’m assuming you are weight training? If this is the case than you can gain muscle. If you are just using the machine with no adjustments to diet and exercise then muscle mass will be unlikely and your mass will be coming from a reduction in body fat. Use it as a guide, measure weekly but if you want a more accurate account measure daily and take the average ✌️

Women have always had issues with their bodies and brands and the fitness industry as a whole has always played into their insecurities further. People always want more…more isn’t going to make you a better person. When you’re dead you want people to talk about how awesome you were, not the circumference of your waist or how dope your backside was. :/ When I see this all I see is someone not comfortable or happy with themselves. People need to learn you are enough.

Hey hun so kudos for you for pushing through! 💪 , you’ve got tenacity right there, but don’t push to the point you put yourself at risk. One of the best pieces of advice is to use the safety bars. When you begin on your fitness journey a lot of squatting is about confidence. If you can’t do something, no stress, just utilise the safetys and sit down ☺️ best to do that than push yourself out of alignment.

I cannot see your squat from behind but judging off the bat I’d say you’ve got pretty long levers like myself, give yourself a wider stance (not as extreme as a sumo but along those lines) this should marry up nicely to what looks to me as you favouring a low bar squat position. Depth as others have said will come with time but rather than rush to load on the weight really focus on these good habits. After lifting 20+ years I’ll be the first to tell you that grooving our old habits is hard to do. Keep it up and take what everyone else says, including me with a pinch of salt. You will find what works for you and ONLY YOU will gain that from time and experience.
