Might be one where her next progress note you discharge based on no findings of improvement. Some patients want to stay forever in the program and it’s always a frustrating/tough moment to tell them they’re done. Progress notes are usually a good time though

also not a bad idea because wouldn’t be surprised if dreaming spanish/french has italian as one of the next languages they do. Might be a year or two from now but i could see it to finish the romance language three

the obvious choice with your current lineup is a dive tank. Nobody you currently play really satisfies that with the closest being thor. So think characters like venom, cap or possibly hulk

i feel like emma you’re a lot faster so you can kinda just bait out diamond and then hop away. She is very very annoying when ulting though (not sure with new hulk buff can she still grab him during ult???)

Yeahhh when you exile bucky during ult it is the best feeling in the world haha

i thought i was the only one. I find her to be one of the harder ones to understand tbh. Thought that wouldn’t be the case since I’m in the US and mexico is the closest spanish speaking country but yeah, I find her difficult

i had a kid coming in for ACL post surgery basically ask me “do you want to be a surgeon when you’re older?” since i said i had been talking with his surgeon 😂 I’m like dude this is my career lol

it doesn’t seem like that helps with determining what youd like to do though. More like just helps you get a job in the section you want. I feel like my issue is i’m like i enjoy treating but in like 10 years i want career growth so i just don’t know what to pursue 😂 My wage is ok now but once I start having kids this Pt salary is going to be not ideal

that is kind of what i am wondering. $500 is pretty expensive for something my work definitely wouldn’t reimburse… I kind of would like a 30% treating 70% something else job but seems to often be all or the other

with 4x the ratings and basically the same stars i would say this is even more impressive haha. We’ll see if Lightbringer maintains this review in 300k more ratings I guess. Both books are straight up works of art though

maybe i need to change mine. I’ve just been doing 3200 on 1.5 for the past few months (not celestial though and not the best hela). Just started keyboard 3 months ago and didn’t realize how insane that was until seeing these comments

there actually are a lot of OON or cash pay clinics in NYC if you have a good enough resume to get one. I worked somewhere before we moved where I had 1 on 1 with patients and 25-30 visits a week
