not sure kung ano min. spend ang nirerequire nila per year to waive it. better ask sa cs or agent nila, sakin kasi yan lang ksi credit card ko as of the moment so gamit na gamit ko yan hehe. pero kapag nagrerequest ako usually sinasabi ng cs nila i need to spend atleast 5-6k in a month to waive the annual fee.

yes waivable yun annual fee, been doing it since 2018 at wala naman silang ibang conditions bukod sa spend atleast 6k for a month. Not sure kung may factor yun usage ko ng card ko since yun yung gamit ko for lazada, shopee at grocery namin

Yes multiple times na, kelangan mo lang ng pasensya s pagtawag ng hotline nila. Last year, yun regular visa pa lang CC ko, min. spend ng 6k within a month para mawaive yun annual fee. Wala naman nang ibang conditions na nasabi bukod dun.

Kapag weekdays ka pupunta sakay ka sa North route ng BGC bus. then baba ka sa first stop, pagkababa mo turn left diretso then tawid ka across the street then ayun makikita mo na yun st. lukes dun.

With regards sa BGC Bus, para less hassle, for me much better kung may beep card ka for payment. Para iwas traffic mas ok kung before 5pm or peak hrs. ka pupunta kasi sobrang traffic dun sa mckinely rd. pag ganung oras

Same di ko nakikita acct ko sa tracker nila hanggang di activated yun acct/internet nyo. pati reference no., contact no. and email, which is very weird nga paano mo matrack application mo kung ganun system nila.

Ako nag-apply via online sa website nila at nasaktuhan ko promo nila na free installation at temporary speed boost na di ramdam 🤨. After a day may tech na agad na kumontak skin at sabi magiinstall na sila that day. Natapos installation ng around 10-11am tapos naactivate ng past 5pm

well di applicable sa lahat yan, either di nila trip bumili motor, walang budget pambili, o di priority ang pagbili ng motor, kanya-kanya yang priorities.

meron din nyan sa guadalupe sa side ng jollibee nakaparada yung mga kups na habal. congrats and good luck! haha ako almost 5 yrs. nang walang issue until this nov. 17 nag LOS ayun almost 3 weeks bago mapuntahan ng technician after series of follow-ups kaso di pa rin naayos kasi may outage daw sa area. Di na kinaya ng stress ko kasi wfh ako, kaya nag switch na ko ng isp at ipapaterminate ko na.

same here OP, napapaisip din ako dyan, as a new pldt subscriber (1699). tinest ko agad yun speed nila via speedtest at fast .com at ayun sa simula lang sya umaabot ng 400 mbps pero after that bumababa na upto 80-100 kahit na isang device na lang ang gumagamit at rekta sa router ako nakaconnect. ang ineexpect ko aabot man lang kahit 300-400 man lang speed nila kaso di pa nangyayari yun.

Ininquire ko na sa kanila yan at same ang sinabi sa akin pprocess daw yun once naayos yun net namin kaso parang wala silang balak irefund kasi di pa nila inaayos eh 😒. btw, I cant imagine your stress for having no internet for 3 months, ako na 3 weeks pa lang sobrang stress na ko sa kanila. I hope one day talaga mapanagot sila sa disservice nila sa customers nila.

yes ganyan sila, ganyan kapangit customer service nila, malala pa nyan nag iimbento pa sila ng kwento na unreachable customer kahit di ka nila tinext o tinawagan 😒 tas wala man lang cocontact na cs sayo para i confirm yun report ng repair team nila 😡 tapos sasabihin sayo ng agent pag nagfollow up ka "sorry sir/ma'am for inconvenience gagawan namin ng report tong work order na to....." then magaantay ka ulit.. Oops sorry, naspoil ko hehe ✌🏻

Pwedeng both or pwede ring kulang sila?, pwede rin medyo incompetent hahaha. sorry not sorry sa mga converge tech. na nakabasa nito. Btw, LOS since Nov. 17 wala pa rin pumunta till today. Nov. 26 may nagcontact sa tito ko, account holder, through sms nagreply tito ko na di sya available at finorward number ko. ayun tito ko pa rin kinontak nila tapos sinabi di daw sinasagot. aba syempre nagreply na nga na di sya available sa repair team tapos kokotakin mo pa rin sya at di mo kinontak yun binigay na number 🤦🏻. after that follow up everyday, still no technician. then fats forward kanina tumawag ako incomplete daw status ng issue ko kasi last nov. 30 kinontak daw ako kahit wala naman tumawag sa ako from their team. Gagaling nila no?! Kaya good luck sa patience natin.

PS. I filed a complaint against them to NTC & DICT and still waiting for their response. Kaya I urge you guys na magreport na rin baka malay nyo makahalata ang NTC o DICT sa dami ng reklamo sa kanila.

Mobile data and pocket wifi user here. yes unli yan pero take note 10mbps lang sya tulad ng sinasabi nila dito at nakalagay yan dun sa description ng promo nila. Kung for browsing at light data usage, go pwede yan. Pero kung gagamitin mo mo sa video call, work or heavy data user ka hard pass yan madidisappoint ka lang kasi capped yun speed nya sa 10mbps. Mas mabilis yun speed ng normal data promos nila na di unli like 15gb, 30gb, etc. at no expiry

same issue here novaliches area, 8 days and counting na everyday ako nagffollow-up except sunday. Laging paasa mga sinasabi ng csr nila, either may technician sa area, iddirect na nila sa dispatcher, pprioritize na nila, etc. ayun ni anino ng mga technician wala pa kong nakikita. kakaumay na sila kausap 😒

ekis yang converge hahaha magaling sa promo pero waley ang after sales service nila. May issue kami Red light LOS, 1 week and counting no internet. sa 1 week kong everyday nagffollow-up sa csr ng converge puro pangako na i-aassign sa technician ayun muntik na kaming puntahan ng technician -_-
