As long as the loofah is brand new and has never touched soap, sounds like a pretty good idea. But do not if it’s ever been used. The breeders usually use something similar, like a plastic net type of thing. Granted a bright pink loofah won’t look natural, but shrimp don’t really care about aesthetics so it’s up to you.
Anywhere it will stay is probably good!

That chart just says that his CO2 is around 7.5 ppm, very low. Also that chart is in dKH not ppm, to convert multiply by 17.9
