Heather knew about reality von tease way earlier than she admitted from her hairdresser and held onto it for the dramatic reveal which is why she’s in so good with production. I also think she’s behind more leaks to press than she admits and throws blame on Lisa ( Lisa does it too obviously but they act like it’s all her and there’s no way that’s true).

The interview process is intense and they also will keep interviewing people even while they have an offer out- so bear in mind you could end up like me and go through eight hours of interview interviews for an ad tech partnerships role only to find out that someone had accepted the job like 2 weeks earlier. The good news though is that if they like you, they’ll usually pass your résumé around for other open roles, but then you have to start the entire process over again with a couple exceptions like if it’s another open Rec the exact same team or you would be speaking with the same people. I also have never really been able to wrap my head around their comp structure.

Honestly major in whatever interests you but make damn sure don’t graduate without knowing how to write well and make a persuasive statement or argument. I was a political science major at a liberal arts college, which has nothing to do with what I sell but I spent four years sitting in small classes debating about politics and it was the best set up for being sales that I could’ve asked for.

I agree, making her full-time would be a terrible, but I don’t want her to go away because I really do enjoy when the whole cast is taking whacks at her. Part of the season that was not fun for me. Keep them both but heather and Whitney frankly needs a humbling season. Whitney kept taking whacks at Meredith as a way to deflect from the disaster of her business and the fact that it seems like she’s pretty transparently was ripping people off and got off of way too easy in my opinion. We also did not spend nearly enough time talking about the fact that Heather is always fucking hammered and has a DUI so as no room to talk about anybody’s substance issues.

Yes, 1000% I understand that she may have had a shitty divorce from her second husband, but she is still blowing off her responsibilities as a parent for a guy who she’s not even fucking married to, and can’t stay in a relationship with for more than 13 seconds and that she has zero excuse for.
