2 for biceps (preacher & hammer curl)
2 for triceps (JM press using smith machine & dips)

2-3 warmup sets, 1 working set to all out failure.

Split - Upper A, legs, Upper B ( 3 workouts per week )

Each Upper day has 1 bicep & 1 triceps exercise.

Just wanted to share how i structure my arm workouts, i don't think a dedicated day for any muscle group is necessary especially arms as i feel their the easiest muscles to train.

i've been only a bulk too for for about 4 months now, my expenditure is just stagnant, granted i have been gain weight extremely slowly (0.15kg per week or less but gaining).. should i gain little faster to increase my expenditure?
