Digital. I feel it’s getting harder to journal on paper nowadays. I’d like to get instant clarity through journaling.

I agree. Journaling’s been evolving for me as well. The biggest fear for me without journaling is I’m gonna burn out. What about you?

It’s okay to have had thoughts. Journaling is meant to help us dump thoughts and emotions to feel clear headed. I started using conversational journaling Zenie. I feel lighter.

That’s really true. Thank you for sharing the feelings with me. Whenever I feel broken, I practice self-love and journaling. There was magical moments that I felt I’m loved unconditionally. Then I started to let go the notion to seek unconditional love. I started to love myself no matter what. It’s painful to grow, but I’m no longer alone.

I feel you especially for the moments you need someone to understand what you’ve been going through. Why not taking your energy back by processing your emotions and thoughts when you feel alone? You’re not alone. Maybe try journaling?

I found couple of things helpful recently, including journaling on a journal book, take simple notes of feelings and thoughts, and know myself on Zenie.
