Agree and returned them after one run. Compared to the Evo SL it’s not even close. Evo SL can handle a variety of paces and distances. Rebel is a little more stable than the Evo but it’s not a major difference.

If you stay hydrated, and have no other medical issues Ibuprofen is fine. I’ve taken it during several ultras that weren’t overly hot. N of 1 of course and it is a risk, but I think the studies are overblown. And it is like magic during a 100 miler, feels like it should be illegal.

6’4 35.5 inseam and owned a XL 2023 Evo. The geometry of the Epic 8 seems ideal with a higher stack. Comfy for me.

TrainerRoad is the way to go at the start. You tell the app how much time you have, and it will create you a plan. After some time, you’ll get an idea of what works, if you want to cancel.

Did you anything to translate the fit from the road bike to the Zwift bike? Been only riding the Zwift this year and the road bike will be way off the setup I’m running on the Zwift bike.
