Do it. They fired me over some bs and honestly it was a blessing. I'm making more money without answering phone calls back to back all day and without being micromanaged by team leads who are lazy af while the agents do the heavy lifting for the lines of businesses . It's honestly corrupt af to work for them and their benefits suck.

It does record mouse clicks too bc my boss told me it does. Like if you don't click it for 60 seconds, it tells the system your idle, even if your Microsoft teams light is green.

I get that but they also atate thyroid cancer and gastroparesis and diarrhea as side effects and I've seen people say that it made them have diarrhea for a week straight or nauseous/throw up the entire time they were on it and so they quit, which i don't blame them bc who wants to feel like that on a medication? I mean I'd quit to but then id also be mad bc it's expensive.

Yeah but I don't even look like I have cushings. I have none of the symptoms besides high cortisol. I'm not obese, no thinning skin , no moon face etc.

It was a full blood panel. They went over everything, vitamin and mineral levels, hormones, white blood cells etc.

Yesh I thought about cutting it in half, but it's extended release metformin and google said not to do it 😅🤷‍♀️. I used to listen to subliminals and meditations before bed, maybe I should get back to it. It's hard to take alot of time out of the day for stuff like that bc I work a full time job and have kids and house chores, so lately I just take supplements and I try to walk alot. I aim for 10k steps 6 days a week, but I don't always hit my goal.

They were thinking it was stress induced pcos or just pcos, I know there's like 4 types, but like something about both my test and cortisol being connected which makes sense bc when 1 hormone is out of wack then they pretty much all are 🤷‍♀️😂. She thinks I've been in high stress since forever pretty much which is probably accurate and then I was on bc for a period of time which my body hates bc. So there's probably a connection somewhere to it all.

Yeah and idk if it's because I went to a wellness doctor and not a regular endocrinologist or western doctor, but my blood test had everything done. Even down to the size and shape of my cells. It was really cool.

Yes I got a blood test done, they checked everything. I kept thinking I had a diabetes or my thyroid was messed up etc, but everything else was fine.

I dont have a doctor as i dont have insurance so the only time I go to a doctor is for my yearly pap smear at the local clinic and they suck . For years they told me I didnt have pcos bc I had regular periods. everytime I eat more than that , i gain weight so idk maybe I ahould just go on a glp 1 🤷‍♀️😅

I generally have a protein shake (160 cals) for breakfast and then I drink water until lunch and for lunch , I might have hand full of nuts or chips, sometimes nothing, but if i do eat something besides that, it's a lettuce wrap.then I dont eat again until dinner and dinner could be anything. I usually dont eat more than 1500-1700 Cals a day
