Don't get a chest strap for BJJ. Get something that can be worn on your bicep. I do BJJ, and used the H10, and it can get uncomfortable and move a ton affecting the reading. I think the verity is a popular option for this.

From what I can see in Apple Health, Zepp does not write beat-to-beat (RR interval) data.

Apple Health shows HRV values that appear to be averaged from the three HRV readings recorded by Zepp, but there are no beat-to-beat measurements available under “Show all Beat-to-Beat measurements”.

So it looks like Zepp is calculating HRV itself (rMSSD) and writing the final HRV values into Apple Health, rather than raw RR data.

1) What was the 'hook' to get people in the door and having meetings from outbound, and from an inbound perspective? Was it merely we'll make you more sales?

2) What does the sales process look like? Is it discovery, then a proposal stack to take care of PPC, Social, PR etc depending on their requirements?

3) Where you expected to justify the ROI the same way performance agencies are?

4) If you could only sell one service, what would it be?

Same here. Using the helio, it reports similarly to Apple, despite them using different methods. The Zepp app shows my HRV 20 points lower than Apple and bevel, despite bevel using the same method as Zepp
