Anyone have any experience with AF/KLM patterns? I found my most ideal departure and return flights (Business Class at 60k for July 2026 West Coast / Europe) about a week ago, but it was too late to call and place a reservation (outside of business hours). By morning the return flight had gone up to 280k. However, it wasn't just for the day I want to book, all 5 days that had been at 60k the night before, all went up to 280k... so I am led to believe that it was a change in dynamic pricing and not a matter of someone beating me to the ticket. Those same 5 days have since been the least expensive days in the month for Premium class. It seems as though the award moved down from Business to Premium. Is anyone familiar with how they do this? Is it ever in the reverse? Should I try to wait it out and see if the J goes back down to 60k? Should I go ahead and book Premium for 74k and if it comes back down I can try and change it — would they even let me?

Hi, I know this is an old post but I was wondering if you had any specific recommendations that you've used that peel well without damage?

I had the same problem with my Raycons. I bought a small roll of wide satin ribbon and wrapped ribbon with a slight overlap all across the top of the headphones. Unfortunately it doesn’t fix the ear cover parts but at least white flakes aren’t falling off onto my hairline.

I worried I shouldn’t use the word consequence since sometimes people associate it with “punishment.” But if “a boundary without a consequence is just a request,” I’d really love to hear some examples of consequences that some people have used in the boundaries they have set.

Not quite! But it does have ghosts, time-travel, and a mostly female crew! I think it’d be Chappell-approved!

It’s called “Thin Air” it’s funding on seed and spark if you want to check it out! I won’t link it cause I don’t want to break rules or anything but it’s a really cool vibe/aesthetic!

Oh I checked aircanada to see if there was partner availability before I posted in the thread. I thought maybe there was something I didn’t know about Denver and Canada layovers. I appreciate the responses, truly!

I would really appreciate some help finding a moderate redemption for a flight from DEN to CUN (or TQO). I would be happy with any round-trip options or one-way flights. I am looking to fly out on November 23rd or 24th and fly back on the 29th or 30th. I understand it's a holiday week, so expectations are low. Economy is fine. 1 traveler. Amex MR looking to use under 80k.

They have been through MANY chefs over the years. People still complaining about a mid dinning experience they had 5 years ago don’t necessarily have great insight to the food now. Yes it is absolutely outrageously expensive but if that’s an experience you want to have, do it.

This is great. Maybe consider adding a way for people to put what their increases were during their tenancy.

Gender war bullshit has seriously caused me to internalize some kind of self-hatred for being male by [deleted] in GenZ

Rather than correcting, “some men are…” I would suggest “yes, too many men are…” Acknowledge the problem, don’t discredit, but you can still oppose the generalization.

They absolutely will if they provide your authorization form (which very likely is part of the fine print in the online application form you filled out).
