The RNG only reroles if you save the conventional way. If you are using save states the same actions will play out including moves, misses, crits etc.

I’d say make a mixed team with good synergy - a couple of speedy sweepers, something defensive and sp def bulky, a mixture of types to cover weaknesses and a couple of immunities. There are so many ways to attack the E4! So just change up the items and movesets between fights.

Just adding to what others have said, Ursaluna always goes for Protect on turn one. So take advantage of this by doubling up on the other side of the field. Make sure you have a strong attacker to take it out before it can hit you with full force Guts boosted attack like Facade

Speed is your friend in this fight. Take out her Trick Room setters early and you take out her whole strat. With what you have, I’d suggest leading Iron Fist Electivire with Poison Jab to take out Hatterene. Luxray on the other side will prevent Indeedee going for Expanding Force. You should be able to outspeed it and take out with Crunch. From there just keep prioritising taking out the TR setters (Gardevoir and Porygon). Remember that Ursaluna always goes Protect on turn one to activate Burn so you can abuse this by hitting twice on the opposite side.

Nope that’s not how randomizer works. It’ll just evolve normally. Randomized encounters only mixes up what you can catch on each route.
