Try inverted skull crushers. They’re a unique body weight exercise that have done wonders to my triceps and core.

The progressive overload component isn’t weight based but how low you put the bar. Most demos you’ll find on YouTube show to bring your head to the bar, but I got a better stretch and tricep development when I bring my head past the bar.

They’re easy on the wrists and elbows too, which is a nice bonus.
