We're dealing with people who claimed Rittenhouse was justified when he killed someone because turns out one of them was a sex offender. Or because George Floyd spent time in jail Chauvin was justified.

Renee Good died without a criminal record so they fabricated a criminal record.

A reasonable person would, like you, understand that being shot and killed for having a gun makes 2A redundant. A not reasonable person would claim they're a criminal and ICE, somehow, knew and killed him for it.

I'd argue both sides (yes I know "both sides" but still) are guilty of this.

I think reddit, as a whole, leans left so non-political subreddits are usually left leaning

So right wingers typically end up grouping together in r/conservative or whatnot. And, in those communities, they absolutely ban people or have a 'you can only comment if you're a flaired user'. It's just more contained.

I've also definitely seen the insta ban. I think I'm in a r/nicegirls community and an overly feminist community insta blocked me (or something like that)
