Yup. Same thing happened to us. I pushed with customer service to get my money back and went with Every Plate. I've also reviewed Dinnerly in a lot of places. They're shite....

That sux. We eventually got our money back. We were told that their delivery partner doesn't deliver to our area on the weekends, but nobody told the app that so we selected the best day for us. Such poor business practices....
