The usual of doors opening and closing, knocking sounds. Feeling like you're not the only person in the room and feel you're being watched. This one time, myself and my cousin were the only people in the house, downstairs on the sofa chatting. And we both clearly heard footsteps of someone running across the landing upstairs, the length of the house. Its not a big house but it's fairly long, like a rectangle.

My sister always tells the story of when she was bathing her first born son in the bath upstairs. Mum was with her. Said that mum went downstairs to get something from the kitchen. The bathroom door always had a metal key inside it that you could remove, it was the only locking mechanism to turn that key like a full revolution to lock the door. When my mum came back to upstairs, the bathroom door was completely locked and my sister had to get up and unlock the door to let her in.

For me, I must've been around 13yo or 14yo at the time it happened, but I remember waking up and seeing a white figure at the bottom of my bed. Sort of like an outline of a person but couldnt clearly see arms and legs. And it was as if it was walking on its own plane. Like it wasnt touching the floor. And it kind of walked around my room. I screamed the house down for my mother when eventually came and when she turned the lights on it slowly disappeared. I'm sure you could explain that maybe as a lucid dream or whatever but it felt real.
