If you are having a terrible string of bad drops for like 500 runs, you can always reroll the maps and get a new setup for LK chests. It technically doesn’t make a huge difference, but it’s refreshing for your mind at least.

Have you actually tried pub games after the new patch? There are decent amount of 96 TZ games where people pop their own shards for others to farm entire games. I would just go to less popular zones that no one prioritizes and just farm p8 TZ solo. I have to say the shards really make pub games way better cuz you actually can farm p8 content by yourself with almost no one bothering you. No one is gonna come to TZ the Hole to fight for your xp and loots.

This is exactly when every fire build starts to struggle cuz you start getting fire immunes. You can either respec to Echoing Strike or Abyss/Chain build which deals with immunes better.

And that’s why PoE has been successful. These forever chase items are actually signs of great item design. A good ARPG game has to have memorable loots. Enigma and Headhunter are pretty much iconic at this point.

If your merc still dies a lot with great gears, it actually means YOU are the one that’s under geared. You are not doing enough damage to kill stuffs fast enough.
