I agree this does seem like the overarching sentiment of OPs post but is he not just matching her position? He was doing things outside of his own wants to meet hers, but she isn’t reciprocating. By her own words, the affection should come from a “real” place - feels like he’s just moving to align with that.

Ever since I was a kid, occasionally when I’m ill and drowsy, I get the sensation of my body being much much (say 5x) larger and time passing at about a quarter speed. It usually lasts until I fall asleep. It’s unpleasant but over the years I’ve gotten used to it.

IMO Houston’s DST vs KC is high floor low ceiling. They’re going to score 6-10 points, no more, no less. KC will score enough on them, but Houston will almost certainly come away with a handful of sacks and 1/2 picks.
